OUR TEAM
Eric is a one of a kind home builder who is involved in every aspect of the build from start to finish. His expertise and wisdom in keeping everything organized & on track is what makes every build successful. He is known for his vivid memory which is a quality that is irreplaceable for a smooth build. He is very active on every job site to ensure all of the moving parts that come with a new construction build are followed through with & his second set of eyes are key in the process!
On top of being a sought-out builder, Eric is more importantly known for being a devoted husband, and a father of three! His passion is his work, but his pride and joy are his family & hobbies which include hunting, traveling, & anything outdoors.

Laura is one of our four time Reggie Award recipients as well as owner with her husband Eric. She truly puts her heart and soul into making their company everything they ever hoped it would be. Her work as a designer, mentor, friend & owner are truly remarkable and she always does it with a smile on her face.
On top of being a dedicated owner & designer of Elevate Builders she is a mother to 3 amazing children. She loves entertaining & spending time with her kids, grand puppy, family & friends. Laura’s passion for design can be seen in all her work but especially in her own home, her attention to details is truly incredible!Â

Jim Murphy | Job Supervisor
Jim is one of our job supervisor for all of our job sites. He is one of the hardest workers we know and will do anything to keep himself busy.. even if that means painting the same wall for the 7th time! He makes sure the job sites are always clean, that the build will stay on time & that the homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their new home. His loyalty to this job is outstanding which means hardly ever taking a day off !
Chad Lekson | Job Supervisor
Chad is our other Job supervisor for all of our job sites. His knowledge & experience that he provides to this team is one of a kind. He will make sure you always understand what is going on even if that means explaining it a thousand times. His dedication to this job is what truly stands out the most. Chad loves his job so much that working overtime is not considered overtime.
Haylee Altenburg | Design Consultant/Real Estate Specialist
Haylee is another one of our designers, a realtor & warranty coordinator. She loves helping out others in any way that she can and is always there to inspire and educate the homeowners throughout the process. Her true passion is making the process of building a home as smooth and stress free as possible that the homeowners will love!
