Elevate! I could not have asked for a better builder. I never met with Sherco but I did meet with others builders and Elevate's honesty and commitment to making sure my questions were answered really sold me! In addition to that a lot of Elevate's standards are extras for other builders. They want to make sure the build the best house for you and your budget.

Elevate Builders is the BEST choice. We completed our new home with Elevate last year and I have nothing but positive feedback and amazing home building experiences to share!!! Any and all questions were always answerer in an honest and timely manner. The quality of the build is a huge selling point. We actually would visit our home throughout the entire process so we got to know the workers, still friends with quite a few now, and something that really stuck with me was one of the workers mentioned that he loves that Elevate is more worried about the quality of their homes than the cost and doesn't cut corners like previous employers he has had!! That was amazing to hear. With Elevate you don't have to worry about what is or isn't going to be included in the build, i.e. some don't include A/C units and so that's an additional price. They are straight forward and open with pricing which is huge factor in building. I can't express how much of a pleasure it was working with Eric, Laura, and the entire team throughout out building journey!! They made us feel very welcome into our new home!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Elevate!!! You can’t beat the customer service! Laura and Eric are amazing!!! Local, invested in the community, huge supporters of the area, and you can’t beat the integrity!! We built our house with Elevate, and we had never even owned a home before. They were a breeze to work with, even though I changed things so many times on them. I really couldn’t recommend them high enough from personal experience. If I build again, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The integrity of Eric Haseltine is impeccable! He and his crew always have the best interest of his clients in mind and they are willing to go above and beyond every single time!
